Heatpipe basic working principle:heatpipe is composed of pipe cover,external expanded heating surface and end plug. Pulls out 1.3× (10 ˉ 1~10 ˉˉ 4) Pa negative pressure, and inject amount operating fluid sufficiently, then seals.The transmit heat is using working substance phase transition under vacuum condition. The substance will be carburated by evaporation when heating the heat pipe‘s evaporation section. It will coagulate into liquid that the vapor under the pressing of micro pressure and flow to the condenser section. Then it returns to the evaporator section under the gravity function. Moving in this endless cycles, the heat transfer from one to another point, it will achieve the heat dissipation.
